God shall supply all your need
Guess I am a little overwhelmed tonight not as much as I was yesterday but all I can say is wow what a difference a day makes. Tuesday night me and Audrey had started to church for a Ladies meeting and we left the house she wanted to drive so I let her cause it wasn't raining or anything here. The closer we got to Hamilton the darker the clouds got and the harder the rain came down. Audrey does not like to drive in the rain so it was challenging for her as we closer to Hamilton the rains begin to fall to the point you couldn't hardly see anything in front of you. Audrey pulled over and we traded places and I was going to drive the rest of the way. It was completely crazy how the parking lots and people's yards were flooded. We had just turned at a red light when I looked over and a SUV was hydroplaning down the opposite side of the road sideways I told Audrey to look and said I sure hope that don't happen to us and that moment we realized there was a huge amount of water in the roadway and with car in front, behind, and beside me I had no choice but to go through the high waters only problem Was my car stalled and wouldn't go anywhere I was panicking I guess you could say I didn't know what to do we were sitting in the middle of a busy road going no where. I called 911 and explained my problem and they advised me they would send the cops out to assist in getting me out of the road, I looked in my rear view mirror and the time the cops were pulling up a wrecker pulled up in front of me and Mr. Cox got out and ask me if I would mind if he pulled me out of the road. Then the bad news hit my motor was gone I didn't have a clue of what I was going to do. I call my insurance company on Wednesday morning and thank the Lord my insurance covered getting me a new motor put in my car. Just when we think the worse the Lord shows up and shows us that if we be faithful and well doing he will carry us through. I am so thankful for the friends that have pitched in and helped me out through this trial. I sure couldn't have made it without them that is for sure. I am very thankful for Mr. John Cox helping me out with getting my car out of the road and speedily fixing my car for me. As I sit down to write in the blog this morning the scripture come to me But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
I am so very thankful for the Lord keeping me and Audrey safe through this ordeal it could have been so much worse.
